Our Purpose

Resiliency & Happiness was created to explore a simple question: What actually helps people keep going and thrive in our ever-changing world?

In a world defined by pressure, uncertainty, and constant change, resilience must be practical, humane, and sustainable.

In Loving Memory of our Founder, Dr Joy Erlichman-Miller

This movement carries forward with deep gratitude and love for Dr. Joy Erlichman-Miller, whose passion, warmth, and unwavering belief in human connection helped shape the heart of Resiliency & Happiness.

Joy believed that resilience was not about pushing through alone, but about reaching toward one another—especially in moments that ask the most of us. Her legacy lives on in every conversation sparked, every life touched, and every connection made through this work.

We honor Joy by continuing to create spaces that uplift, unite, and remind us that happiness and resilience are stronger when shared.
