*To attain Continuing Education credits, you are required to attend the event & complete an evaluation after the conclusion of the event. Certificates will be emailed to participants within 20 business days. The name and email listed on the registration will become the official recipient name on the certificate.

As an approved CEU provider for both Social Work and NAADAC, we are required to inform you of an important attendance requirement:
Attendance Check-In Is Mandatory for CEUs
To be eligible for Continuing Education, all participants must meet the following guidelines per CEU accreditation standards:
Register and reserve your attendance prior to September 16 by clicking on this link .
Check in on September 16 at least 5 minutes prior to start time (this verifies your attendance).
You may view the full event “on-demand” during the first month following the event.
All evaluations must be submitted by Sunday, October 11 (no exceptions). The evaluation survey link will be provided via zoom on closing of the day of the event.
CEU certificates will not be issued after October 11.
